New Years gig in NYC

This picture was on the cover of the travel section in the New York Times a few weeks ago. It is taken at The Spotted Cat, on Frenchmen St. in New Orleans. The group pictured is The Jazz Vipers - one of New Orleans finest trad jazz/gypsy outfits. The fiddle player, Matt, came and played on The Belleville Outfits demo CD - he's a badass, to say the least.

An introduction

Hey. This is me. I am a originally from Norwalk, Connecticut. I now go to school in New Orleans at Loyola University. I play drums and percussion and work with a lot of different bands - but my main touring group is The Belleville Outfit (www.bellevilleoutfit.com). I am into all kinds of music - everything from jazz to country and bluegrass. I also enjoy art and film, books, and conversation. I love all that is beautiful and the experience of sharing that beauty with others.
